Coaching Services Agreement
Knight Creative, Inc.
This Coaching Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Knight Creative, Inc. (“Coach”) and the person completing the purchase at checkout (“Client”). By checking the agreement box at checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. The effective date of this Agreement is the date of your purchase.
1. Coaching Services
Coach will provide the coaching program described on the offer and checkout page you purchased from (the “Program”), including the sessions, support, and resources listed there. The number of sessions, session format, and Program duration are as described at the time of purchase. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused relationship designed to support Client in reaching their personal and/or business goals.
2. Payment
- The Program fee is the price shown at checkout for the payment option Client selects.
- Full payment, or the first installment if a payment plan is selected, is due at checkout.
- If Client selects a payment plan, Client is responsible for all scheduled installments through the end of the plan, even if Client stops participating in the Program.
- If an installment fails or is late, Coach may pause coaching services until the account is current.
- If Client has a concern about a charge, Client agrees to contact Coach directly and give Coach a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before initiating a payment dispute with a bank or card provider.
3. No Refund Policy
Client acknowledges and agrees that all payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable, including:
- Lump-sum payments for coaching packages
- Installment payments that have already been processed
- Payments for sessions Client has not yet used or chooses not to attend
- Payments made for any portion of the Program, whether or not Client completes it
When Client enrolls, Coach reserves time, preparation, and resources exclusively for Client. For that reason, no exceptions to this policy will be made.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice: the session may be rescheduled at no charge, subject to Coach’s availability.
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice: the session is forfeited and counts as a completed session. No credit, makeup session, or refund will be provided.
- No-shows: if Client does not attend a scheduled session without notice, the session is forfeited in full. No credit, makeup session, or refund will be provided.
- Late arrivals: if Client is more than 15 minutes late without notice, Coach may treat the session as a no-show.
Notice must be given in writing (by email or through the messaging method Coach provides during onboarding). Mentioning a future cancellation verbally during a session does not count as notice.
5. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
- Engage honestly and openly in the coaching process
- Complete agreed-upon actions and assignments between sessions
- Attend scheduled sessions on time and prepared
- Communicate promptly if challenges arise that affect participation
- Take full responsibility for their own decisions, actions, and results
6. Coach Responsibilities
Coach agrees to:
- Provide coaching services with professionalism, care, and expertise
- Be present and prepared for scheduled sessions
- Provide support between sessions only to the extent described in the Program
- Keep Client information confidential as described below
7. Confidentiality
Coach will keep information Client shares during coaching confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or Client gives written consent. Client agrees to keep confidential any non-public materials, frameworks, and group discussions shared as part of the Program and not to copy, resell, or distribute them.
8. No Guarantees; Not Professional Advice
Coach makes no guarantee of any specific result, income, or outcome. Results depend on Client’s effort, commitment, and individual circumstances. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Coach is not acting as a licensed mental health professional, attorney, or financial advisor.
9. Termination
Either party may end this Agreement by written notice. If this Agreement ends for any reason:
- All payments made are non-refundable, as described in Section 3.
- Any unused sessions are forfeited, and any remaining payment plan installments remain due.
- Coach may end the Agreement immediately, with no refund, if Client engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion, and then through mediation, before pursuing other remedies.
11. Entire Agreement & Electronic Acceptance
This Agreement is the entire understanding between Coach and Client regarding the Program and replaces any earlier discussions. Changes must be in writing and agreed to by both parties. Client agrees that checking the agreement box at checkout and completing the purchase is an electronic signature and has the same effect as a handwritten signature.
